Deposits are non-refundable. Any appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advanced in order to avoid a cancelation fee, and/or another deposit fee. Appointments changed or canceled after 24 hours will forfeit their deposit and will have to pay the deposit fee once again prior to booking new appointment. Canceling or rescheduling 12 hours or later will result in loss of deposit and will be charged 50% of the service cost to the credit card on file. No shows will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 100% of the service cost to credit card on file, and will be required to pay in full for all future appointments. Clients get three consecutive cancelation and reschedules 24 hours prior to appointment before client will be required to pay in full for all future appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be charged a $25.00 late fee. I have read and fully understand the cancelation policy that Lyndsay Jones with LA Beauty Co. LLC has in place. Lyndsay Jones has answered any and all questions that I have asked. I fully understand that I can be charged up to 100% of service cost for not showing up to my appointment with no notice, 50% of service cost for canceling after 24 hours, and $25 dollar late fee for being 15 minutes late. I also acknowledge that my card saved on file can and will be used for the cancelation policy without further notice.
